  Arvind Thiagarajan
Executive Chairman and Chief Inventor

Mr Thiagarajan is the inventor of the core ABO technology. A specialist in signal processing and algorithm development, Mr Thiagarajan holds several patents and has penned a number of award-winning technical articles. For one such article on the "Role of
Multimedia PCs in Healthcare", Mr Thiagarajan was awarded the "Junior Scientist 2001" award in India by the former scientific advisor to the Indian government and present President of India Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam. Mr Thiagarajan is also a member of the DICOM Standards Committee Working Group 4 (Compression) and a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).

Mr Thiagarajan graduated from the College of Engineering, Guindy in India with an engineering degree in Electronics and Communications.

 
  Anand Thyagarajan
Director & Chief Operating Officer


Mr Anand Thyagarajan has held a variety of executive-level management positions, establishing direction and overseeing operational implementation for business, financial and engineering systems integration. He has incubated many innovative
product and application technologies in the areas of digital signal processing and wireless communications in India.

In addition to holding overall responsibility for the corporate and financial functions at MatrixView, Mr Anand Thyagarajan leads the research, technology development and integration of large-scale information management solutions at the company.

 
  Bruce Arthur Hauptman
Executive Director


In 1984 Bruce Hauptman founded B. Hauptman & Associates, LLC (BHA), an investment management consulting firm that specializes in the study and implementation of alternative investment strategies. BHA established one of the first databases of hedge funds in the world that included over 3,000 hedge funds in 1993.
BHA managed investment funds exceeding US$825 million for institutional clients including Soros Fund Management and Stanford University’s Hoover Institute. Funds managed by BHA utilized a variety of investment strategies that included private equity, corporate reorganization, risk arbitrage, derivative arbitrage and special situation investing.

Mr. Hauptman is responsible for making private equity investments in such technology companies as Digital River, Inc, Microtune, Transilica and Terabeam. Mr. Hauptman has served as a member of the board of several private technology companies.

 
  Noel Francis Robertson
Non-Executive Director

Mr Robertson has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior to joining MatrixView, he was CEO and Executive Director of Orion Telecommunications Limited, a publicly listed global telecommunications service provider.
Mr Robertson also worked with Vodafone Australia as Executive Director and with Telstra Corporation as Group General Manager. Currently, he is also Director of the Telecommunications Service Provider Association of Australia. Mr Robertson also has extensive Venture Capital experience in Australia, a role that he first played at Telstra.

Mr Robertson holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Melbourne and is a Fellow of the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants.

 
  Suk Jin Kim
Non-Executive Director

Mr Kim has over 15 years of experience in the financial and information technology industries, and is the Managing Partner of Incoreinvest Co., Ltd. a venture capital investment company specializing in corporate restructuring and other venture capital businesses in Korea.
Mr Kim holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Hanyang University, a Bachelor of Mathematics degree from Seoul National University and a PMD from Harvard Business School.
