Mr Thiagarajan is the inventor of the core ABO™ technology and is responsible for the development of the technology. A specialist in signal processing and algorithm development, Mr Thiagarajan holds several patents and has penned a number of award-winning technical publications. For one such publication on the “Role of Multimedia PCs in Healthcare”, Mr Thiagarajan was awarded the “Junior Scientist 2001” award in India by the former scientific advisor to the Indian government and present President Dr A.P.J. Kalam.

Mr Thiagarajan graduated from the College of Engineering, Guindy in India with an engineering degree in Electronics and Communications.

Mr Thiagarajan is also a member of the DICOM Standards Committee Working Group 4 (Compression) and a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE)

Noel ROBERTSON
Managing Director, CEO

Mr Robertson has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. He is currently CEO and Executive Director of Orion Telecommunications Limited, a publicly listed global telecommunications service provider.

Previously, Mr Robertson worked with Vodafone Australia in the capacity of Executive Director, and with Telstra Corporation as Group General Manager. He now sits on the board of the Telecommunications Service Provider Association of Australia as Director. Mr Robertson also has extensive Venture Capital experience in Australia, a role in which he originally joined Telstra.

Mr Robertson holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Melbourne and is a Fellow of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants.

Mr Anand Thyagarajan has held a variety of executive-level management positions establishing direction and operational implementation for business, financial and engineering systems integration.

He has incubated many innovative product and application technologies in the areas of digital signal processing and wireless communications in India.

Apart from the overall responsibility of corporate and financial functions at MatrixView Technologies (India) Pvt Ltd, he is responsible for establishing and managing the research and technology development and integration of large-scale information management solutions at the company.

Mr Kim has over 15 years of experience in the financial and information technology industries, and is the Managing Partner of Incoreinvest Co., Ltd. a venture capital investment company specializing in corporate restructuring and other venture capital businesses in Korea.

Mr Kim holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Hanyang University, a Bachelor of Mathematics degree from Seoul National University and a PMD from Harvard Business School.

Mr Davey has been active in the diagnostics industry in the United and Australasia for over two decades, in both marketing and general management roles. His most recent executive position was as Regional Director of the global healthcare company Abbott Laboratories’ Diagnostics Division, based in Sydney.

Mr Davey is also a non-executive director of the Australian Stock Exchange-listed public company Agenix Limited.

Mr Davey holds a Master of Marketing (Business Administration) degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical (Electronic) Engineering.

Mr Leggett is the Finance Director and Company Secretary of Australian Stock Exchange-listed biotechnology company Agenix Limited. He has been a Chartered Accountant for 27 years and has a wealth of commercial experience in a listed public company environment, particularly in the technology and manufacturing industries.

Mr Leggett graduated with a Commerce degree and a Masters degree in Business Administration. He is also a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries, a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia and an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.
