Ms Soh has extensive experience in corporate management, human resources, corporate communications and public relations. She was the Public Relations Manager for Fisher Scientific Asia Pacific Region and was later appointed Associate Director for Latona Associates, Asia Pacific region, a private investment and financial advisory firm based in the USA . She helped establish Latona Associate's Asia Pacific operations and was in charge of the daily operation management of the company.
At MatrixView, she has implemented the company's financial and human resources systems and manages corporate affairs.
Ms Soh obtained her Bachelor of Commerce from Murdoch University and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from University of Western Australia.

Dr Yacoub ELZIQ
Chief Scientist
Dr Elziq is an Electronic Design and Automation specialist with over 25 years of both industrial and academic experience. Currently Dr Elziq is the founder and President of Jimzu Technologies, a small SoC (System-on-Chip) Consulting & Services Design and Test company. He has also been appointed as Sun Microsystem’s Staff Engineer focusing on the design and diagnosis of mid-range servers addressing software, firmware and hardware issues.
He was a founder and a member of the start-up companies XCAT and Vertex Incorporated. He also held various R&D engineering and management positions in computer design, ASIC, and SoC companies such as Honeywell, Toshiba, VLSI Technologies and Synopsys. In addition, Dr Elziq has also published research work in this area.
Dr Elziq obtained his PhD in Computer Engineering from Utah State University with a dissertation in “Synthesis and Testing of MOS Logic Designs”. He has published many papers in IEEE Computer Transactions and IEEE-sponsored conferences such as DAC (Design Automation Conference), ITC (International Test Conference), and ICCAD (International Conference on Computer Aided Design). He has also served as a Paper Reviewer and Session Chairman for these conferences and is currently a member of the IEEE TTTC (Test Technology Technical Council).

Chief Financial Officer
Mr Ang has more than 27 years of experience in the areas of Finance, Information Technology, Corporate Services and Treasury gained in several companies including Aetos Security Management Pte Ltd (subsidiary of Temasek Holdings), Singapore Press Holdings (SPH Mediaworks Limited) and Fuji Xerox Singapore. His areas of specialisation include Cash Management, Valuations & Due Diligence, Financial Modelling and Systems Implementation.
In his most recent appointment as Vice President of Finance and Information Technology at Aetos Security, he provided leadership in financial matters and corporate governance in the start up company and put in place a finance team, complete with systems and processes.
Mr Ang obtained his Bachelor of Accountancy (2nd class honours) from University of Singapore. He is also an Associate Member (ACMA) of the Chartered Institute of Cost and Management Accountants (UK) and was awarded a Gold Medal for topping his Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management class from the Singapore Institute of Management.

Sridhar V

Mr Sridhar has 24 years of experience in the IT industry and held positions in research and development, production, sales, and management. He was CEO of XID Technologies, a high-technology start-up. Prior to this role, he was Managing Partner of 8alpha Group formed to help SMEs with Relationship Capital, Intellectual Capital and advisory services for Venture Capital.
Mr Sridhar formerly worked for Siemens AG Group in Munich, Germany, on various roles, including as member of a group chosen to advise the Board of Siemens.
Mr Sridhar is an Indian born German citizen with MBA education from the USA and vast international exposure.
In MatrixView, Mr Sridhar’s responsibility will be to oversee the marketing and promotion of the company’s ABO™ technology-based solutions.

Cheong Hian SOH

Mr Soh was trained as a Financial Analyst and began his career as an investment analyst for a prominent private family fund based in Singapore where he was responsible for managing family assets across Singapore , Malaysia , Australia , New Zealand and the UK .
Mr Soh has been actively involved in venture capital projects and has in-depth experience in derivatives, foreign currency exchange and equities.
He plays a critical role in bridging the technology and business aspects of the company. Through his extensive experience in finance and information technology, he plays an important role in the company's corporate finance activities and identifying strategic partners.
He is a finance graduate (with honours) from Nanyang Technological University of Singapore, and is CFA qualified.

Parimal ASWANI

Mr Aswani has over 7 years of extensive experience in image processing and video-related technologies. He was the co-founder and deputy CTO at GDC Technology Ltd, a world leader in digital-cinema servers whereby he was instrumental in the development of digital cinema technology. His expertise also covers film post-production and image processing for the digital cinema industry. Mr Aswani will be in charge of supervising our applications development team in Singapore and a key member in the development of our solutions in the entertainment and video conferencing industry.
He received his Master of Engineering degree from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore in 2000 and a Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering from the same university in 1999 with a first class honours. Dr Eugene HONG

Dr Hong is a medical doctor and has an extensive international network of contacts in the health services industry. He has successfully established several healthcare companies in the Asia Pacific region including pioneering South East Asia 's first anti-aging clinic. His extensive and wide experiences also include developing electronic health records with NovaHealth for the Andrology Urology and Continence Centre, Gleneagles Hospital , Singapore .Dr Hong will be responsible for the overall management, sales and marketing of MatrixView's medical division.
Dr Hong obtained both his medical degree and post graduate Masters of Health Service Management degree from Monash University .

Mark Lim is the Senior Vice-President of Knowledge Management in Matrixview. He is experienced in the management of critical documents, having spent the last 3 1/2 years in TrustedHub, a digital document company. Mark's focus in Matrixview is in the development of new products that helps companies to capture, manage, collaborate and store their documents. Over the years, Mark has helped various institutions in their strategy for managing their documents. These include NTUC INCOME and Singapore Airlines.

Mr Vasu is an entrepreneurial business development professional with over 20 years experience and an extensive business network covering South East Asia, South Asia, UAE, UK and West Africa.
He was Business Development Consultant and Corporate Director for Malaysian Conglomerate, Business Focus Group. He was involved in projects encompassing Joint Ventures, Mergers and Acquisitions and Privatisation of Government Assets in the financial services, Logistics & Warehousing, and Tourism sectors.
As Sales Director in Horizon Education & Technologies, he managed a sales team of six staff and developed new products which grew sales revenue by over $10million in three years. He was also a key management team member for the successful listing of the Company on the Singapore Stock Exchange in February 2000.
Mr Vasu obtained an Associate MBA Programme in Strategic Management and Corporate Financial Strategy from the Open University, UK. He also has a MSc Quality Management from Cranfield University and BSc Economics from Manchester University, both based in UK.

Shivakumar NARAYANAN
Vice President, Research and Development
Mr Shivakumar’s extensive research background is in image and video processing algorithms, error resilience and shape coding. He has also worked in the area of Cognitive Science and has worked on a few projects in the area of Cognitive Science and Applied Psychology during his tenure as research faculty associate in Arizona State University.
Mr Shivakumar’s interests include Image/Video Processing, Computer Vision, Cognitive Science and Human Recognition Technologies. His research background has led him to pursue projects in image and video processing algorithms, MPEG-4, error resilience and shape coding. He has used Matlab and other simulation tools extensively for his research. His related professional experience in the surveillance industry includes development of a system for object tracking and recognition systems in a highly dynamic environment. His professional experience spans the entire development cycle starting with algorithmic design and architecture, to various testing methodologies like Black Box, White Box, Regression, Stress, Functional and Incremental Integration testing for meeting Quality Acceptance requirements in phased development environments. His other business interests include market study, requirements analysis, feasibility analysis, system analysis and strategic planning.
Mr Shivakumar has a Master of Science from the Department of Electrical Engineering, Arizona State University.

Mr Baby has more than 10 years experience in project management, quality assurance, business and product development, technology management, design control and change management. He guided the R&D team in developing 2D/3D/4D image processing software as well as surgery planning and intra-operative guidance systems in compliance with international regulations, safety and quality standards.
In MatrixView he will be responsible for overall management of medical projects and processes covering quality management systems and regulatory clearance.
Mr Baby received his Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from M.S University, India.

Sathya SHANKAR Sankara Pandian

Mr Sathya Shankar has over 15 years of experience in Engineering Design, Research & Development of hardware and software product development. He was a Lead Solutions & System Architect for bio-medical signal processing, medical image processing, control systems and ZigBee wireless products.
Mr Shankar has provided business and technical strategy and software quality management for products and services. He was also responsible for the products’ conceptualization to development and translating them to business opportunities. He has set up and established quality processes and responsible for global delivery of multi-target platforms and multilingual products and projects.
Mr Shankar holds a first class degree in Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Science), University of Bangalore.
